How do I return an item?
You may be provided other returning instructions when item is defective. FOR NON-FACTORY SEALED HYGIENE TYPE ITEMS SUCH AS SHAMPOOS, CONDITIONERS, SOAPS, LIQUIDS, CREAMS, LOTIONS, BRUSHES, OILS, SUPPLEMENTS, and SIMILAR ITEMS: All Sales are final for these items.

BARBAR, Inc. WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE (AT OUR OPTION):
All BARBAR products for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase if they are defective in workmanship or materials.
After the twelve (12) month warranty period, only BARBAR Hair Dryers may be sent in for repair.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or
neglect in safety precautions
TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
You must return the defective product to:
Include a copy of proof of purchase, a check made out to BARBAR, Inc. for $15 to cover shipping, insurance and handling, and a brief note explaining the issue.
If outside the twelve (12) month warranty time frame, include a check made out to BARBAR, Inc. for $30.00 to cover repairs, shipping, insurance and handling, and a brief note explaining the issue.
THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID: (1) IF PRODUCT IS REGISTERED WITH BARBAR, INC. WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PURCHASE; (2) IF PRODUCT IS PURCHASED FROM AN AUTHORIZED SELLER OF BARBAR, INC. GOODS; (3) IF THE ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBERS ON THE PRODUCT HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED OR OTHERWISE TAMPERED WITH.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN TWELVE (12) Months.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BARBAR, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
Customers who purchased product(s) from BARBAR, Inc. will have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any product for a full refund, excluding shipping.
The merchandise needs to be returned exactly as it was received, in the original retail packaging. Included should be a brief note explaining the reason for a refund, along with proof of purchase. We recommend shipping your package through a traceable shipping method such as Federal Express or UPS, who both offer tracking numbers. If shipping through the USPS, we highly recommend getting a delivery confirmation.
We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for any BARBAR product(s) received later than 14 days from the date of purchase, nor can we issue a refund for any BARBAR product(s) purchased from any other company than BARBAR, Inc.
